YOKOSUKA, Japan - 181116-N-DS193-184 YOKOSUKA, JAPAN (Nov 16, 2018) - Former USS Blue Ridge Commanding Officer Capt. Brett Crozier bows his head for the benediction during the Blue Ridge (LCC 19) change of command ceremony held at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
