Brad Cooper, commander of Amphibious Force 7th Fleet, speaks to Sailors aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) during an all hands call. Cooper is visiting Sasebo-based Task Force 76 Sailors and Marines to thank them for their efforts in achieving mission success thus far and challenged them to elevate their performance even higher to set the standard for warfighting readiness across the Navy.
