YOKOSUKA, Japan - 180326-N-YG414-100 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Mar 26, 2018) - Sailors attached to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) participate in a Fleet Support Operations Medical (FSO-M) 1.4 certification drill where they must locate 10 first-aid supplies inside the main battle dressing station within two minutes. FSO-M is a measure of how well-trained the ship's crew is in response to medical emergencies.
