YOKOSUKA, Japan - 181116-N-DS193-092 YOKOSUKA, JAPAN (Nov 16, 2018) - The official party stands and renders a hand salute as colors are paraded during the USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) Change of Command ceremony held at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
