YOKOSUKA, Japan - 181116-N-YG414-133 YOKOSUKA, JAPAN (Nov 16, 2018) - USS Blue Ridge LCC19 crew, family, friends and honored guests attend the U.S. 7th Fleet Flag ship change of command ceremony held at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
