Blue Ridge/C7F Team Hosts Friends, Family for Cruise

YOKOSUKA, Japan - 181207-N-YG414-174 ONBOARD USS BLUE RIDGE (Dec. 7, 2018) - Damage Controlman 2nd Class Mohammed Hasan and Damage Controlman 2nd Class Brian Mondestin, both attached to U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), help children take turns manning a fire hose during the ship's first Family Day Cruise in three years. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
